You will rate how positive or negative the video makes you feel at each moment.
POSITIVE refers to when you are feeling: pleasant, happy, excited
NEGATIVE refers to when you are feeling: unpleasant, sad, angry
While a clip is playing you can rate the conversation with the left/right arrows.
